The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.
The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf
Patna High Court CWJC No.17606 of 2018(9) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 of the petitioner in the present writ application. " 1.For a direction on the respondents for payment of the following retiral benefits to the Petitioner:- (i)Provident Fund amount (C.P.F./G.P.F.).
(ii) Gratuity.
(iii) Leave Encashment Amount.
(iv) Group Insurance Amount.
(v) Pension.
(vi) Admissible interest from the aforesaid dues from due date till date of actual payment.
Part of the grievances, as sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, have already been redressed by the respondents. The petitioner is directed to file/make a fresh representation within a period of twelve weeks from today before the competent authority for redressal of his remaining grievance, if any. If such representation is made/filed on behalf of the petitioner before the concerned authority, he shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of one month, from the date of filing/making of such representation. The present writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
