The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with respect to petitioner no. 1, as he has been arrested.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86876 of 2019(6) dt.06-10-2020 2/3 The application as against petitioner no. 1 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that the application of petitioner no. 2 has also been earlier withdrawn because of his arrest. The petitioner nos. 3 to 7 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Narhat P. S. Case No. 207 of 2019 dated 17.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of accusation against them and two of them being the ladies and also taking into account that there is a counter version of the occurrence also, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
