Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it will suffice for the present if a direction is given to the District Magistrate, Madhubani i.e. Respondent No. 3 herein to dispose of the representation dated 03.10.2025 (Annexure P/3 Series) made by the petitioner by fixing a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State submits that the representation of the petitioner may not be available in the office of the District Magistrate and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation to the authority concerned and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Madhubani i.e. Respondent No. 3 herein within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being filed, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the representation by the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
