2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/302/304B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Deceased died in her parents' house. Petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against husband of the

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in Raushanganj Police Station Case No. 159 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
