JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). A writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to vacate the land of Marghat (Cremation ground) that is encroached by the private respondents and the government official are not vacating the same although they are well aware the facts that the land in question is "Gairmajarua Aam" and it is mentioned as Marghat in village map as well as in Revisional survey."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Majhaulia, District-West Champaran for redressal of his
