In compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.11.2018, passed in CWJC No.18188 of 2017, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan has already issued an office order dated 08.09.2023, granting pay protection to the petitioner, whereupon the effect of the said benefit has already been calculated in monetary terms, however, the arrears of differential amount of salary has not been granted to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present contempt petition, however, with a direction to the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court MJC No.4840 of 2019(4) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 (Establishment), Siwan as also the District Education Officer to ensure payment of the outstanding arrears of salary, as aforesaid, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which they shall not draw their salary.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
