Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2493 of 2024 dt.16-12-2024 2/3 has communicated to the Director General of Police, State of Rajasthan, for arranging Video Conference to talk to Smt. Bhamari Kumari. She has appeared through Video Conference along with police officials. The police officials of the State of Rajasthan, are requested to send her to Patna/Bengaluru as per her wishes and so also with the consent of her husband Kunal Kumar. She is willing to join her husband Kunal Kumar. To that effect, statement has been made through Video Conference and the same has been recorded. Police, State of Rajasthan, are requested to facilitate to reach according to her wishes either to Patna or to Bengaluru whichever place she intends to join her husband Kunal Kumar. In this regard, E-mail communication shall be communicated through Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today.

2. Accordingly, the present Cr.W.J.C. No.2493 of 2024 stands disposed of.

3. Registry is requested to record the receipt of E-mail communication from the Police, State of Rajasthan.

4. This order shall be communicated to the office of the Director General of Police, State of Rajasthan, forthwith.

5. Respondent nos.8 to 10 are requested to cooperate in execution of the present order including whatever the articles
