The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to oblique motive. The First Information Report is lodged after lapse of five days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75566 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
