2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar issue was decided by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 17602 of 2017.

3. Considering the fact that this case involves the same issue raised in C.W.J.C. No. 17602 of 2017. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of in the similar terms: "3. Without going to the merit of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.18006 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 direction to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and if the case of the petitioner is found identical/similar to the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 76 of 2009, C.W.J.C. No. 18490 of 2008 and C.W.J.C. No. 18960 of 2008, then they will pass appropriate order, extending the same benefit which was available to the petitioners of aforesaid writ applications, i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 76 of 2009, C.W.J.C. No. 18490 of 2008 and C.W.J.C. No. 18960 of 2008. Such exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ application stands disposed of."
