The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 435/2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 342, 323, 325, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 449, 450, 451, 452, 461 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Damage to Public

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77652 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/3 Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and other co-accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this court. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and other co-accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous Applications, copy of which are present at Annexure '2' series to the present application, let the above-named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge - XVII - cum - A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 435/2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e.
