2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing assault to the informant and his wife along with other accused persons, leading to serious injuries.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners referring to the F.I.R. contended that omnibus nature of allegation has been levelled against thirteen accused persons. Moreover, the injuries,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82603 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/3 which were allegedly sustained to the informant and one Rita Devi, are found to be simple in nature. There is counter version of the present case, bearing Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 190 of 2025 instituted against the informant and others and admittedly at earlier point of time. The petitioners are men of fair antecedent and they undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceedings of the court.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the omnibus nature of the allegation, coupled with the simple injuries, besides the factum of the case and counter case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors
