Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegation is against co-accused Mintu Ram. Moreover, the present first information report has been lodged after three days of the alleged occurrence without any explanation. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56470 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018.
