Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

While refusing prayer for bail to the petitioner by order dated 16.04.2019, this Court had directed to renew the prayer for bail before the Court below itself if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months. Therefore, this prayer for bail is incompetent unless the petitioner moves the court below for bail.

Accordingly, this application stands disposed of in connection with Singhwara Police Station Case No. 40 of 2017
