The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.274 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 381 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that being guard of ATM of Punjab National Bank situated at Ramchandrapur, the petitioner took the ATM card of the informant and replaced it by another card and, thereafter, he withdrew Rs.24,000/- from the account of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being
