The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case NO.858 of 2019 dated 23.9.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 37(c) of the Bihr Prohibition and Excsie Act, 2018.

Allegation against the petitioners is of making nuisance in the drunken condition and it further appears that they are accused in other cases also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in custody for more than 2 1⁄2 months and they are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.79939 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No.858 of 2019 Special Case No.8569 of 2019 with condition to cooperate in disposal of the trial. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
