Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 30.09.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suspension of the petitioner is bad for manifold reason including on the ground that till date the respondents have not framed 'Prapatra-K' against this petitioner and the petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid, the order of suspension dated 30.09.2016 contained in Annexure-1 is hereby quashed. The respondents are granted liberty to conclude the departmental proceeding, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the departmental proceeding shall also come to an end. It is needless to State here that petitioner shall be entitled to all consequential benefits.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
