The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 51/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/354/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the application as against petitioner No. 1 has become infructuous in view of the fact that he has been taken into custody. He thus seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Prayer is allowed.

The application as against petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

No.80192 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 So far as allegation against petitioner No. 2 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she has no specific role to play and having no criminal history, she may be extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail. It is further submitted that the parties are close agnates and there is ensuing land dispute between them.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner No. 2 (Soni Devi wife of Katta Paswan @ Srikant Paswan) above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Barh, Patna, in connection with Belchi P.S. Case No. 51/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
