2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only alleged to be identifier and witness of the alleged sale-deed. Petitioner is neither purchaser nor seller of the land in question. He is not the beneficiary of alleged transaction. Moreover, the dispute involved in the F.I.R. is of civil nature and none of the acts allegedly committed by the petitioner gives rise to any criminal liability. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur / concerned court in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P. S. Case No. 435 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
