The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 462 of 2015 registered under Sections 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner was transpired in course of investigation in a case instituted for demand of extortion of Rs.1,00,000/- from a physically challenged businessman, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
