In view of the statements made in paragraph 3 of the present application the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the array of the parties. The petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 23.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23249/2019. It is his submission that his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80181 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 father's name was wrongly described as Raj Kumar Verma and this was a mistake committed because of wrong instruction given by the Pairvikar of this case. The correct name of father of petitioner no. 5 is Uday Kumar Verma. He has enclosed copy of Aadhar Card as Annexure '1' to the present application. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present and has no objection to the aforesaid correction.

Let the description of the petitioner no. 5 be correctly read as Krishna Kumar @ Krishna Kumar Verma aged about 26 years, Male, son of Uday Kumar Verma, and the order dated 23.07.2019 be read accordingly.

Two weeks further time is allowed to petitioner no. 5 to surrender in the court below and comply with the order dated 23.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23249/2019. The NIC shall make necessary correction with respect to the description of petitioner no. 5 in the present application. This application stands disposed off.
