2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 330 of 2022 registered on 27.08.2022 for the offenses punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 19 accused persons including the present petitioner. It is specifically alleged in the FIR that the present petitioner fired on the stomach of the informant's sister, as a result of which, she got badly injured.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is vague. The injury report has not come in the investigation. There were contradictory statement as in the FIR, it has been alleged that the informant's sister got injured

The petitioner is accused in one other case wherein the police have submitted the final form in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a respectable person of the society and he is ready to fulfill all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is a case of double murder and there is a specific allegation against the present petitioner as he resorted fire on the stomach of the informant's sister.

7. In this background, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 330/2022, pending before the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City is hereby rejected.
