ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019, in connection with Special Case No. 6366 of 2019 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner was a pillion rider on the motorcycle from which the alleged recoveries were said to have been made, the petitioner has been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the main accused has been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 12.09.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56963 of 2019. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got a clean antecedent.
