2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 784 of 2022 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 14.10.2022 by the informant, Sumit Rajak.

3. As per the allegation, while the informant was going to market from home and reached near Gyan Ganga Public School, the petitioner and three associates stopped him and took out Rs. 5200/- from his pocket. Upon resistance, it is alleged that Sonu Kumar (the petitioner) assaulted him causing fracture. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is another case relating to them in which they have alleged that some amount was taken out from the cash counter and he

5. Learned APP points out that to the FIR lodged by the informant on 12.10.2022, the complaint case is actually a counter blast. Further, the specific allegation is against Sonu Kumar of having assaulted which resulted into the injury to the informant which includes his head and right hand and he as such opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the submissions put forward by the parties, the allegation that has come against the petitioner has to be taken into account. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
