2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on 08.01.2022 at about 7.00 PM, these petitioners came to the house of informant and started abusing her and due to that, a panchayati was held on 09.01.2022 and only due to this reason, petitioner no. 4 grabbed the hair of the informant and assaulted her. Petitioner no. 5 is alleged to have pulled the cloth of informant's daughter-in-law and made her naked, whereas other accused are also alleged to

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to dispute over drainage of water, an altercation took place, in which, informant sustained simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
