The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 161/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioners for commission of assault with lathi, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
