The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that from perusal of FIR as well as statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that there are two different stories in the FIR and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.
