2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No. 472 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 29061 of 2023 as the petitioner was accused in two more cases of dacoity.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2022.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 16.08.2022, his prayer for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1918 of 2024(11) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Class J.M., Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No. 472 of 2022, subject to the conditions that he will co-operate in the trial and will appear personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner will also mark his attendance in Alamganj Police Station, District-Patna on every Sunday of the month as well as in Patrakarnagar Police Station, District-Patna on each Wednesday of the month.
