The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of liquor from the possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered from the motorcycle bearing registration no.BR-05-8137, which does not belong to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent and petitioner is in jail custody since 19.09.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
