1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Mahila Thana P. S. Case No.36 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D. P. Act.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner as earlier the petitioner had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.3537 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 06.05.2024, as such, the Court is not inclined to entertain the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87509 of 2024(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 instant second anticipatory bail application.

4. The prayer of the petitioner for second anticipatory bail stands rejected.
