2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of certiorari setting aside the general notice dated 30/12/2024 under the signature of Circle Officer, Hayaghat, Darbhanga whereby and where under the Circle Officer has been informed the local people, if any objection has in this regard the they should appear with documents by 07/01/2025 and give his reply other wise this land will be selected for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19334 of 2025(2) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 construction of Panchayat Bhawan while the lands mentioned in notice is obtained by the petitioners through sale deed in the year 1988 pertaining in Mauza Malhipatti, Thana no.-217, Khata no. 2769, Khesara по. 7807 and 7809 and /or any other relief/reliefs order/orders for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the fact and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the appropriate authority/court for the redressal of their grievance.

4. The State has no objection.

5. The petitioner is also required to bring to the notice of the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate, Darbhanga all the complaint that they have, so that the matter comes to his/her knowledge.

6. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
