Petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar (Marnga) P.S. Case No.06 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A), 376/34 of the IPC and 4 POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.38984 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2019.
