2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) A Mandamus commanding/direction to the respondent authorities petitioner has appointed on the Post of Tola Sevak in Primary School Brahmotra under block Laldaniya, District Madhubani when and where under petitioner has selected by the appointment Committee of said Committee issued appointment letter in the favour of petitioner (A-1). (ii) Any other writ/writs for granting any other relief or relief sought the petitioner for which he is found entitled to in the fact and circumstance of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the

Patna High Court CWJC No. 939 of 2024(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 he has already filed a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5 (The District Programme Officer (Saksharta) Madhubani, which has not been disposed of till date.

4. The petitioner is directed to file afresh detailed representation before the respondent no. 5 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 5 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 5 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
