The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner caused death of his wife in other than natural circumstances in the matrimonial home for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
