JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(I) For a direction to the respondents special respondent no. 2 to ensure the safety and security of the land of the petitioner situated at Mauza Dudhami Dehri, Khata No. 49, Plot No. 294, Area 6 Decimals of land over some part of land the private respondents had made ditch in which the private respondent falling nala and restraining her for making any construction.
(II). Further for a direction to the respondent to
Patna High Court CWJC No.18512 of 2018(2) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 ensure the petitioner to safety and security of her life and property while making any construction over her land which is subject matter in this writ petition. The petitioner is not being allowed to construct her residential house."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
Liberty so sought is granted.
It is needless to state that in case any representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, the same shall be disposed off, in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off.
