2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 / 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is one of the person, who kidnapped the minor daughter of informant.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and named this petitioner, as one of the person, who forcibly kidnapped her.
