JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detailed accounts regarding the amount due and the payment already deposited by the petitioner have not been made available, hence the petitioner is not in a position to put forth his defence, as such, the Certificate Officer be directed to supply the same, whereafter he may decide the case finally after considering the objections to be filed by the petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition within two weeks from today seeking detailed accounts and in case, such a petition is filed before the Certificate Officer, Gopalganj, the Certificate Officer shall supply

Patna High Court CWJC No.19383 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 the relevant accounting details within a period of two weeks thereafter and after that, the petitioner may file his objections within four weeks which shall be then decided by the Certificate Officer. It is needless to state that if the aforesaid time line is adhered to by the petitioner, no coersive step would be taken against the petitioner till the passing of the final order in the certificate proceeding.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
