Patna High Court MJC No.3405 of 2018 dt.02-11-2022 2/3 deliberately and wilfully not complying with the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 2670 of 2017, titled as Kumari Sushma Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.

According to the petitioner, the directions contained in the order dated 21.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 2670 of 2017, titled as Kumari Sushma Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors has yet not been complied with; whereas, according to respondents, a sum of Rs. 18,22,809/- already stands remitted into the petitioner's bank account.

At this stage, Shri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that details of the calculation has not been supplied to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State undertakes to hand over the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner within next three working days.

Be that as it may, this Court is of the considered view that there is no wilful or deliberate violation of the orders passed by this Court, and as such, the present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to agitate the surviving grievances, either before the authorities or before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
