2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that she tried to burn her own husband and it was found 20% burn injury.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. She is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner and the informant is husband and wife and the marriage was solemnized on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86153 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 16.02.2020. It is further submitted that now the circumstances have changed and both the parties have compromised the matter. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 21.10.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Karpoori Gram P.S Case No. 56 of 2024. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Suruchi/- U T
