Petitioner is accused in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 324, 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner of causing injury to anyone. The only general and omnibus allegation is against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.10.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
