JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2023 Heard Mr. Jitendra Kumar Shrivastwa, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the J.P. University and Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the B.R.A. Bihar University.
2. A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party nos. 6 & 8. Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the J.P. University by referring to paragraph no. 4, submitted across the board that in compliance of the order of this Court, the claims of the petitioner were examined by the University and vide letter no. 993-F.O. dated 11.09.2023 issued under the signature of Registrar J.P. University, Chapra, Rs, 4,85,053.29/- has been sent to the Principal, Kamla Rai College, Gopalganj vide Cheque No. 678160 dated 11.09.2023, for making payment to the writ petitioners.
3. Considering the averments made in the show cause affidavit, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. It is needless to observe that if any grievance still subsists, they may approach before the authority concerned.
