The present writ petition has been filed for cancellation of the selection procedure of Anganwadi Sevika and Sahayika issued vide Advertisement No. 01/2018 which is alleged to be completed on the basis of altered and forged mapping record and further direction to be made to the concerned authority to appoint the petitioner on the post of
Patna High Court CWJC No.17577 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 Anganwari Sevika.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
