2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amaur P.S. Case no.223 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2),121, 121(1), 122, 118(1), 103(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named fifteen accused persons including this petitioner came to the house of the informant, started abusing her and family members. On protest, co-accused Muzaffar assaulted informant's husband and father-in-law with iron rod, due to which they sustained injures. When informant went to rescue, she was also assaulted. It is further alleged that in the aforesaid incident, husband of informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner belongs to the same family. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against him As per F.I.R. it was co-accused Muzaffar who assaulted informant's husband causing grievous injuries.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82034 of 2025(2) dt.02-12-2025 2/2 Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.8.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts of the case and period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail in connection with Amaur P.S. Case no. 223 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Purnia.
