2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amaur P. S. Case No. 223 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121, 121(1), 122, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 103(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., co-accused Muzaffar gave katta blow on the head of husband of the informant, as a result of which, he died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assaulting on the head of husband of the informant is against co-accused Muzaffar. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner claims clean

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Amaur P. S. Case No. 223 of 2025.
