JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 622 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 427, 441, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Damage of Property Act.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Manoj Kumar Singh @ Manoj Rai and Ranjan Kumar having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner have been granted pre-arrest bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 02.07.2018 and 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36825 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 47125 of 2018 respectively.

Regard being had to the submission made above, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57534 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P. S. Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Kanchan/SkSuman.
