2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 213 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 22 of the NDPS Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 7.880 grams of Smack was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same offence, the father of the petitioner was made accused and now the petitioner has also been made accused in this case, who has clean antecedent. He further submits that the quantity of smack which has been recovered is of intermediate quantity.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 213 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
