The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498 'A', 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4 of D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. It has also been submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of one and a half months of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
