2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ghato P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024, dated 19.11.2024, lodged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act pending before the Court of Learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-1st, Samastipur.

3. As per the prosecution, total recovery of 4247.5 litres of illicit wine has been made, which is the subject matter of the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of three cases.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sudhanshu/- U T
