By referring to the show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the Opposite party no. 3, Mr. Zaki Haider, learned counsel for the University submits that in compliance of the order of this Court, the admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid by the University. Further, the prayer of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.3429 of 2018(3) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 regarding the payment of statutory interest, which was claimed by the petitioner by filing the representation, has also been considered and disposed of and in this way, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. Considering the averments made in the show cause, the present contempt petition stands disposed of having the order of this Court been complied.
