JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2025 Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1139 of 2019 under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the learned Trial Court has not issued any warrant of arrest, hence at the moment, the petitioner is not having any apprehension of being arrested, thus, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach this Court again in case he apprehends arrest, in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1139 of 2019. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
