2. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents to change the name of Adarsh Madhya Vidyalay, Garahi to Madhukar Madhya Vidyalay, Garahi under Jandaha Block of District of Vaishali.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4 in which in para-5, it is stated that the school was established long back and the same was taken over by the government with effect from 01.01.1997 in the name and style of Adarsh Madhya Vidyalaya, Garahi, District-Vaishali.
